Clinical study on the prevention of postoperative recurrence of colon polyps by Wenyang Sanjie decoction

摘要: [目的]观察温阳散结汤辨证施治预防结肠息肉患者内镜下切除术后复发的疗效。[方法]将本院2003年1月~2009年12月,行电子结肠镜下息肉切除术的患者400例,随机分成两组,试验组200例,结肠息肉切除术后,给予中药"温阳散结汤"200 ml,2次/d,口服,每月服用不少于6~7剂,每年服药不少于60剂;对照组200例,未服中药及其他相关药物。所有患者均进行随访,随访时间6-60个月,平均48个月,每半年或1年复查肠镜。[结果]试验组有27例复发,对照组65例复发,两组术后0~30个月、30~60个月的累积复发率分别为38%、76%和53%、85%,2组累积复发概率比较差异有统计学意义(χsup>2＝14.824,P<0.01)。[结论]温阳散结汤辨证施治可有效预防结肠息肉术后患者的息肉复发。Abstract: [Objective] To observe the curative effect of Wenyang Sanjie decoction(WSD)in preventing the recurrence of colon polyps after endoscopic resection.[Methods] 400 cases of patients who had taken electronic colonoscopy polyp resection in our hospital from January 2003 to December 2009,were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,200 cases in each group.After resection of colon polyps,the former was given Chinese medicine WSD 200 ml orally,twice a day,not less than 6-7 agent monthly,not less than 60 agent every year.The latter did not take medicine or other related drugs.All the patients were followed up for 6-60 months,average 48 months.Colonoscopy examination was rechecked every six months or 1 years.[Results] There were 27 cases of relapses in the treatment group,65 cases of relapses in the control group.The cumulative relapses rate of 0-30 months,30-60 months after operation in the two groups was 38%,76% and 53%,85%,showing significant difference between the two groups(χ2＝14.824,P＜0.01)[Conclusion] WSD could effectively prevent the relapses of polyps in patients with colon polyps.
