摘要

摘要: [目的]通过超声观察浊霾散敷脐联合艾灸法对乙肝肝硬化腹水患者的疗效。[方法]选择乙肝肝硬化患者60例,所有患者均依据症状体征、实验室检查、影像学确诊。采用自身前后对照的临床试验方法,所有患者均具有腹部超声在经浊霾散敷脐联合艾灸法治疗前后的检查结果,并对比分析其临床诊疗效果。[结果]经浊霾散敷脐联合艾灸法治疗后,60例乙肝肝硬化腹水的患者大多有不同程度的改善;治疗后患者平均超声分级明显降低;与治疗前相比患者门静脉压力明显下降。[结论]经腹部超声检查证实浊霾散敷脐联合艾灸法对乙肝肝硬化腹水患者具有一定疗效。

Abstract: [Objective]To explore the clinical effect of Zhoumaisan combined with Moxibustion in hepatitis B virus infected patients with liver cirrhosis by Ultrasound.[Methods]60 patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis diagnosed by symptoms,signs,laboratory examination and imaging examination were choosed.A self contolled study was performed.We collected and analyzed the ultrasound images of HBV cirrhosis patients before and after treatment of Zhoumaisan combined with Moxibustion.[Results]After Zhuomaisan and Moxibustion intervention,ascites were alleviated in all cases and the classification of the patients with cirrhosis was lower.Otherwise,the pressure of portal vein was declined after Zhuomaisan and Moxibustion intervention.[Conclusion]Ultrasound confirmed that Zhuomaisan combined with Moxibustion was effective to hepatitis B cirrhosis.
