  • [目的]探讨布拉氏酵母菌联合乳果糖对儿童功能性便秘(FC)患者血清肠神经递质指标的影响及疗效。[方法]选取儿科门诊治疗的儿童FC患者86例,随机分为观察组和对照组各43例。2组患儿均予以多饮水、调整饮食和进行排便锻炼等基础治疗。对照组患儿予以乳果糖口服液5 ml//次,2次/d,口服。观察组患儿在对照组基础上加用布拉氏酵母菌散剂0.25 g/次,1次/d,温开水冲服,2组患儿疗程均为6周。观察2组患儿治疗前后血清肠神经递质一氧化氮(NO)和生长抑素(SS)指标的变化,并比较其临床效果及药物不良反应。[结果]对照组及观察组患儿分别失访4例与6例,2组患儿失访率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗6周后,2组患儿血清NO和SS指标较前明显下降,且治疗后观察组血清NO和SS指标明显低于对照组(P<0.05);在临床总有效率方面,观察组患儿明显高于对照组(χ2= 4.79,P<0.05)。[结论]布拉氏酵母菌散联合乳果糖治疗儿童FC的疗效及安全性均较佳,作用可能与其能降低血清NO和SS指标,促进胃肠蠕动,缓解便秘症状密切相关。
