摘要: 随着人口老龄化趋势以及饮食结构、生活方式、精神心理和社会环境因素的变化，慢性便秘的发病率呈明显上升趋势，涉及到临床各个领域，严重困扰着人们的日常生活，影响其生活质量。然而，目前普通人群对慢性便秘的认知程度不高，往往导致滥用泻药和欠规范化的诊治，如何规范慢性便秘的诊断和安全有效的治疗，是目前所面临的挑战。

Abstract: The prevalence of chronic constipation has been significantly increasing with the population aging trend, changes in diet, lifestyle, and psychosocial and socio-environmental factors. Chronic constipation is involved in many clinical fields, which seriously affects people's quality of life. However, the current general population of chronic constipation knowledge is not high, often lead to abuse of laxatives, less standardized diagnosis and treatment, how to standardize the diagnosis of chronic constipation and safe and effective treatment, is the current challenge.
