健肠愈疡散对溃疡性结肠炎患者肠道益生菌的影响及临床疗效观察

Influence of Jianchang Yuyang Powder on healthful intestinal microflora in patients with ulcerative colitis

  • 目的:观察健肠愈疡散对溃疡性结肠炎(UC)患者的临床疗效,及其对肠道益生菌的影响。方法:将符合UC中西医诊断标准的50例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各25例。治疗组给予健肠愈疡散治疗,对照组给予美沙拉嗪肠溶片治疗,2组疗程均为8周。结果:治疗8周后,2组患者中医症候积分、Mayo评分均较治疗前改善(P<0.05),且治疗组下降优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗8周后,2组患者益生菌数量均较治疗前上升,且治疗组改善较对照组更明显;治疗8周后,2组患者IL-2水平以及对照组患者INF-γ水平与治疗前比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组治疗8周后INF-γ水平较治疗前升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗8周后,2组患者IL-4水平较治疗前均有所下降,且治疗组下降优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗8周后,2组患者IL-10水平较治疗前均上升,且治疗组上升较对照组更明显(P<0.05)。结论:健肠愈疡散对UC有一定的治疗作用,可能通过对肠道益生菌的调控来达到调节Th1/Th2免疫漂移,从而改善患者症状,减轻结肠黏膜的炎症反应。
