Effect of Dongyuan acupuncture combined with Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus triple viable tablets on diarrhea predominant irritable bowel syndrome and its influence on intestinal microecological function

摘要

摘要: 目的:观察东垣针法联合双歧杆菌乳杆菌三联活菌片治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征的疗效及对肠道微生态的影响。方法:将88例患者随机分为观察组、对照组,每组44例。2组均接受口服双歧杆菌乳杆菌三联活菌片,4片/次,3次/d。对照组给予参苓白术颗粒,1袋,3次/d口服;观察组给予东垣针法(中脘、天枢、章门、关元、昆仑、胃俞、足三里、内庭、陷谷)治疗。疗程均为6周。观察治疗前后胃肠道症状评分、肠易激综合征严重程度评分、中医证候评分、肠易激综合征生活质量量表(IBS-QOL)、肠易激综合征严重程度评分(IBS-SSS)及肠道微生态功能的变化,评价临床疗效。结果:对照组、观察组临床总有效率分别为70.45%、93.18%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组的胃肠道症状评分、IBS-SSS评分、中医证候总积分低于对照组(P<0.05),IBS-QOL量表各项评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组的双歧杆菌、乳酸杆菌数量高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组肠球菌、肠杆菌、酵母菌数量明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:东垣针法联合双歧杆菌乳杆菌三联活菌片能明显改善腹泻型肠易激综合征患者的胃肠道症状及及生活质量,可以促进正常菌群生长、抑制非正常菌群生长。

Abstract: Objective: To observe the effect of Dongyuan acupuncture combined with Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus triple viable tablets on intestinal microecological function and the therapeutic effect on diarrhea type of irritable bowel syndrome(IBS) with spleen and stomach weakness.Methods: The patients were randomly divided into observation group(44 cases) and control group(44 cases).Both groups received oral Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus triple viable tablets,4 tablets each time,3 times a day.The control group was given Shenling Baizhu granules,1 bag, 3 times a day; the observation group was treated with Dongyuan acupuncture(Zhongwan,Tianshu,Zhangmen,Guanyuan,Kunlun,Weishu, Zusanli,Neiting,Xianggu).The course of treatment was 6 weeks.The changes of gastrointestinal symptom score,IBS severity score,TCM syndrome score,IBS-QOL scale score and intestinal microecological function before and after treatment were observed to evaluate the clinical efficacy.Results: The clinical total effective rates of the observation group and the control group were 93.18% and 70.45%,respectively, with statistical significance(P<0.05). After treatment, the gastrointestinal symptom score, IBS-SSS score and TCM syndrome total score of the control group were higher than those of the observation group(P<0.05),and the scores of IBS-QOL scale in the control group were significantly lower than those in the observation group(P<0.05).After treatment,the number of Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus in the control group was lower than that in the observation group(P<0.05); the number of Enterococcus, Enterobacter and yeast in the control group was significantly higher than that in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion: Dongyuan acupuncture combined with Bifidobacterium Lactobacillus triple viable tablets can significantly improve the gastrointestinal symptoms and quality of life of diarrhea predominant irritable bowel syndrome patients with spleen and stomach weakness syndrome,promote the growth of normal flora and inhibit the growth of abnormal flora.
