摘要

摘要: [目的]旨在探讨聚桂醇组织胶三明治夹心注射联合套扎治疗食道胃底静脉曲张的临床疗效。[方法]选取我院2015年1月~2016年6月收治的食道胃底静脉曲张患者60例, 根据患者入院治疗时间顺序, 随机将患者分为对照组及观察组。对照组患者采用组织胶联合套扎治疗, 观察组患者采用聚桂醇组织胶三明治夹心注射联合套扎治疗。比较2组患者临床疗效、生活质量改善情况及并发症。[结果]观察组患者止血成功率明显高于对照组 (96.66%：80.00%) (P＜0.05);观察组患者未发生迟发性再出血, 迟发性再出血明显低于对照组[13.33% (4/30)] (P＜0.05);2组患者治疗后躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能、物质生活状态评分较治疗前存在明显变化, 呈现逐渐上升的趋势 (P＜0.05);其中观察组患者躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能、物质生活状态评分上升幅度明显大于对照组 (P＜0.05);2组患者在治疗过程中均未出现严重并发症, 2组患者并发症发生情况比较无统计学意义 (P＞0.05)。[结论]聚桂醇组织胶三明治夹心注射联合套扎治疗食道胃底静脉曲张临床疗效佳, 可有效提高患者生活质量水平且安全性高。

Abstract: [Objective] To investigate the curative effect of lauromacrogol histoacryl sandwich injection combined with ligation in the treatment of esophageal and gastric varices.[Methods] 60 patients with esophageal and gastric varices in our hospital from January 2015 to June 2016 were selected.According to the patient treatment order in time, the patients were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The patients in the control group were treated with tissue glue combined with ligation, and the patients in the observation group were treated with lauromacrogol histoacryl sandwich injection combined with ligation.The clinical efficacy, quality of life and complications were compared between the two groups.[Results] The success rate of hemostasis in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (96.66%：80.00%) (P＜0.05).The delayed rebleeding rate in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group[0.00%：13.33% (4/30)] (P＜0.05).After treatment, the physical function, psychological function, social function and material life condition scores in two groups were significantly changed in an uptrend (P＜0.05).The physical function, psychological function, social function and material life condition scores in the observation group were increased significantly thanthose of the control group (P＜0.05).There were no serious complications in the two groups of patients during treatment.The rates of complications were of no statistical significance between the two groups (P＞0.05).[Conclusion] With good clinical efficacy, lauromacrogol histoacryl sandwich injection combined with ligation in the treatment of esophageal and gastric varices effectively improves the quality of life with high safety.
