摘要

摘要: [目的]系统评价中西医结合治疗肝脓肿(live abscess)的疗效,为临床治疗肝脓肿提供科学依据。[方法]用循证医学的方法,选用国内外多个权威数据库为资料源,并辅以手工检索。采用Jadad量表记分法进行质量评估,用RevMan5.1软件进行Meta分析。[结果]共纳入6篇符合纳入标准的随机对照文献,共计344例患者,其中治疗组203例,对照组141例。由森林图可知OR 5.29,95%CI(1.97,14.15)即在治疗后治疗组与对照组的总有效率差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。[结论]中西医结合治疗肝脓肿有助于提高临床疗效,减少抗生素不良反应发生,缩短住院时间,减轻患者痛苦。

Abstract: [Objective][WT5BZ] To evaluate the efficacy of integration of traditional Chinese andwestern medicine on liver abscess so as to provide the science proof for the treatment of the disease.[WT5HZ][Methods][WT5BZ]We used the method of Cochrane to choose several authoritative data store as the file source and the auxiliary manual searching.We made the Jadad form to estimate the curing quality and used the RevMan5.1 software to analyze.[WT5HZ][Results][WT5BZ]Six articles about randomized, controlled trials were selected. There were 344 patients, including 203 in the treatment group and 141 in the control group.There was statistically significant difference in total effective rate between the two groups after treatment, with OR 5.29,95%CI(1.97,14.15).[WT5HZ][Conclusion][WT5BZ]The integration of traditional Chinese and western medicine for liver abscess can improve the clinical curative effect,reduce the untoward effects from the antibiotic,shorten the time in hospital and lighten pain.
