摘要: [目的]探讨和比较益生菌和免疫球蛋白在治疗儿童轮状病毒性肠炎的临床疗效。[方法]选取2014年1月~2015年1月期间我院儿科门诊收治的患有轮状病毒性肠炎的儿童124例作为本次研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组62例,2组患儿均给予相同的基础治疗。对照组患儿予双歧杆菌三联活菌治疗,观察组患儿用抗轮状病毒鸡卵黄IgY口服治疗。收集治疗后第1、3、5、7、9、11天的新鲜大便标本以判断大便菌群紊乱分度,并检测2组患儿的大便SIgA水平和大便轮状病毒排泄量,记录2组患儿治疗后每日的腹泻频次等肠道细菌感染的继发情况。[结果]对照组在治疗第3、5、7、9,11天的菌群Ⅰ度失调、治疗第5、7、9天的菌群Ⅱ度失调以及治疗第3、5、7、9、11天的菌群Ⅲ度失调均小于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组在治疗第5、7、9、11天的继发性细菌感染上低于球蛋白组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组用药3 d后大便SIgA水平显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗3 d后腹泻频次以及大便病毒排泄量均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]对儿童轮状病毒性肠炎,益生菌能缓解菌群紊乱及预防继发感染,但缓解临床症状较慢;而口服免疫球蛋白显效快,能快速清除病毒及促进机体SIgA生成,改善临床症状。
