奥替溴铵、蒙脱石散联合整肠生治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征的临床观察

摘要: [目的]观察奥替溴铵、蒙脱石散联合整肠生对腹泻型肠易激综合征患者的疗效及不良反应。[方法]分析120例腹泻型肠易激综合征患者的临床治疗效果。[结果]治疗组总有效率90%，对照组总有效率68%，2组比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05），2组患者均未发现明显不良反应。[结论]整肠生、蒙脱石散联合奥替溴铵治疗对腹泻型肠易激综合征患者疗效高，不良反应少，在临床工作中值得应用。
