Effect of integrated traditional chinese and western medicine on diabetic gastroparesis and its effects on serum Motilin,Leptin and Somatostatin in patients

摘要: [目的]探讨中西医结合治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫患者疗效观察及对患者血清胃动素、瘦素、生长抑素的影响。[方法]选自我院于2014年10月~2016年10月收治的糖尿病胃轻瘫患者84例,按照随机表法分为观察组42例与对照组42例。观察组采用中西医结合治疗,对照组仅采用西医治疗。2组疗程均为4周。比较2组治疗疗效,治疗前后主要症状评分、胃动素、瘦素和生长抑素、胃排空时间和胃排空率,及随访6个月复发情况。[结果]观察组总有效率(92.86%)高于对照组(66.67%)(P<0.05);观察组治疗后上腹疼痛、脘腹胀满、恶心呕吐、早饱评分低于对照组(t=17.923、15.325、13.426、19.741,P<0.05);观察组治疗后血清胃动素、瘦素和生长抑素水平低于对照组(t=9.798、8.105、9.404,P<0.05);观察组治疗后胃排空时间低于对照组而胃排空率高于对照组(t=9.121、6.999,P<0.05);观察组复发率(4.76%)低于对照组(26.19%)(P<0.05)。[结论]中西医结合治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫患者疗效显著,可通过降低血清胃动素、瘦素、生长抑素,改善胃肠运动,且复发率低,具有重要研究意义。Abstract: [Objective]To investigate the effect of combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine in the treatment of diabetic gastroparesis and its effect on serum motilin,leptin and somatostatin.[Methods]84 patients with diabetic gastroparesis who were admitted from October 2014 to October 2016 were divided into observation group(42 cases)and control group(42 cases)according to random table method.The observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine.The control group was treated with western medicine only.Both groups were treated for 4 weeks.The curative effects of the two groups were compared before and after treatment,the main symptoms score,motilin,leptin and somatostatin,gastric emptying time and gastric emptying rate were followed up for 6 months recurrence.[Results]The total effective rate(92.86%)in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(66.67%)(P＜0.05).The scores of epigastric pain,abdominal distention,nausea and vomiting and early satiety were significantly lower than those in the control group(t=17.923,15.325,13.426,19.741,P＜0.05).The levels of serum motilin,leptin and somatostatin in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(t=9.798,8.105,9.404,P＜0.05).The gastric emptying rate was lower in the observation group than in the control group(t= 9.121,6.999,P＜0.05).The recurrence rate(4.76%)in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(26.19%)(P＜0.05).[Conclusion]The combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of diabetic gastroparesis is significant,which can be achieved by reducing the serum motilin,leptin,somatostatin,improving gastrointestinal motility,and low recurrence.
