摘要: [目的]探讨乳果糖对非酒精性脂肪性肝炎(NASH)患者肝纤维化指标和血清炎性因子水平的影响。[方法]选取消化科门诊收治的NASH患者78例,随机分为对照组和治疗组。2组患者予以调整饮食,适当体育锻炼及多烯磷脂酰胆碱胶囊456 mg/次,3次/d。治疗组患者在此基础加用乳果糖口服液10 ml,2~3次/d,根据大便频率调整用量使保持大便1~2次/d,连用6周。检测2组患者治疗前后肝功能、肝纤维化指标和血清白介素(IL)-10和IL-18水平的变化。[结果]治疗6周后,2组患者ALT、γ-GT、HA和LN水平较前明显下降(P<0.05、P<0.01),且治疗组下降幅度较对照组更明显(P<0.05);2组患者血清IL-10水平较前明显上升,IL-18水平较前明显下降(P<0.05、P<0.01),且治疗组改善幅度较对照组更明显。[结论]乳果糖辅助治疗NASH具有良好的疗效,能降低肝功能和肝纤维化指标,促进患者肝功能的恢复,抑制肝纤维组织的增生;并能升高血清IL-10水平,降低血清IL-18水平,从而纠正促炎性因子与抗炎性因子比例失调。
