摘要

摘要: [目的]观察健脾化瘀解毒法对慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)癌前病变(PLGC)大鼠胃黏膜组织Cyclin E蛋白表达的影响。[方法]SD大鼠分为正常组、模型组、维酶素组、健脾化瘀解毒法低、中、高剂量组。用1-甲基-3-硝基-1-亚硝基胍(MNNG)溶液造模,免疫组化法检测Cyclin E蛋白表达。[结果]模型组Cyclin E蛋白表达增强,与正常组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。维酶素组Cyclin E蛋白表达降低,与模型组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。健脾化瘀解毒法低、中、高剂量组Cyclin E蛋白表达降低,与模型组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]健脾化瘀解毒法可降低Cyclin E蛋白表达,从而阻止CAG癌前病变的发展。

Abstract: [Objective] To observe the influence of the treatment of Jianpi Huayu Jiedu on Cyclin E protein expression in gastric mucosa of rats with precancerous lesions gastric carcinoma(PLGC)of chronic atrophic gastritis.[Methods] SD rats were divided into normal group, model group, vitacoenzyme group, and low-,middle- and high-dose Jianpi Huayu Jiedu groups.N-methyl-N'-nitro-N-nitrosoguanidine was adopted to establish the PLGC model,and the expression of Cyclin E protein was detected by immunohistochemistry.[Results] The expression of Cyclin E protein was increased in the model group,which showed significant difference as compared with the normal group(P<0.05). However, compared with the model group, the expression of Cyclin E protein was decreased in vitacoenzyme group,low-,middle-and high-dose Jianpi Huayu Jiedu groups.[Conclusion] The treatment of Jianpi Huayu Jiedu can decrease the expression of Cyclin E protein in the rats with PLGC,resulting in preventing the development of PLGC in CAG rats.
