  • [目的]观察健脾化瘀解毒法对慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)癌前病变(PLGC)大鼠胃黏膜组织Cyclin E蛋白表达的影响。[方法]SD大鼠分为正常组、模型组、维酶素组、健脾化瘀解毒法低、中、高剂量组。用1-甲基-3-硝基-1-亚硝基胍(MNNG)溶液造模,免疫组化法检测Cyclin E蛋白表达。[结果]模型组Cyclin E蛋白表达增强,与正常组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。维酶素组Cyclin E蛋白表达降低,与模型组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。健脾化瘀解毒法低、中、高剂量组Cyclin E蛋白表达降低,与模型组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]健脾化瘀解毒法可降低Cyclin E蛋白表达,从而阻止CAG癌前病变的发展。
