摘要

摘要: [目的]观察健肝散对酪氨酸-蛋氨酸-天冬氨酸-天冬氨酸（YMDD）变异的干预作用。[方法]选择慢性乙型病毒性肝炎患者104例，随机分为2组，对照组口服拉米夫定，治疗组给予拉米夫定加健肝散治疗，疗程均为12个月，分别观察肝功能、HBV-DNA、YMDD和临床症状的变化。[结果]2组在治疗后临床症状均明显改善，ALT、AST、HBV-DNA均降低，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗后2组间各指标比较，仅ALT含量差异有统计学意义（P<0.01）。[结论]健肝散可以对拉米夫定诱发的乙型肝炎病毒YMDD变异起到明显的抑制作用。

Abstract: [Objective] To observe the effect of Jiangansan on YMDD variation.[Methods] One hundred and four patients with chronic hepatitis B were divided into control group and treatment group. The patients in control group were treated with lamivudine, while the patients in treatment group were treated with lamivudine and Jiangansan for 12 months. Liver function, YMDD and changes of clinical symptoms were observed.[Results] Clinical symptoms of two groups were significantly improved after treatment. ALT、AST and HVB-DNA were decreased(P<0.05).The difference between the two groups was not significant except ALT(P>0.05).[Conclusion] Jiangansan can inhibit the YMDD variation induced by lamivudine.
