摘要: 鼓胀最早见于《黄帝内经》，《黄帝内经》提出有关治“水”的法则，以“开鬼门、洁净府、去宛陈莝”为指导，治疗水液代谢异常疾病，即发汗、利小便和通利大便。后世医家对鼓胀的病因病机、治疗原则和治法进行了更加详尽的思考与补充。近现代医家应用《伤寒杂病论》中的经方治疗腹水取得了较好的疗效，该文将近几年来应用仲景方治疗鼓胀的临床研究进行综述，通过经方与水液代谢的通路相结合，开拓治疗鼓胀的选方用方思路。Abstract: Ascites was first seen in the Huangdi Neijing, It is a kind of abnormality in the metabolism of water in the human body. The Huangdi Neijing proposes the rule of treating "water", which is based on "opening the ghostly gate, cleansing the house, and removing the stagnant energy of Wan Chen", to treat abnormalities in the metabolism of water, i. e. to generate sweat, facilitate urination The treatment of abnormalities in water metabolism is guided by the principles of "opening the Ghost Gate, cleansing the House and removing the stagnant straw". Later medical practitioners have given more detailed consideration and added to the etiology, treatment principles and methods of treatment of ascites. This article reviews the clinical research on the application of Zhongjing Formula for the treatment of ascites in recent years, and develops ideas for the selection and use of prescriptions for the treatment of ascites by combining the meridian formulae with the pathways of water metabolism.
