Professor LIN Jiakun's experience in treating diabetic gastroparesis with "Yang Qi Treatment"

摘要: 林家坤教授指出，糖尿病胃轻瘫属本虚标实之证，脾胃虚弱、元气受损为本，寒湿、湿热、气滞、痰浊、瘀血等为标，导致脾胃升降失序。治法上倡导标本兼治、攻补兼施，以期中气健运而运化复常。倡导分期论治，初病消渴中满，治以建阳消导，予自拟方建中消导汤培中益气、开胃除满；继病消渴痞满，治以解阳调中，予自拟方解阳调中汤解阳消痞、益气调中、除湿泻火；末病消渴反胃，治以温阳降逆，予自拟方温阳降气汤温阳平冲降逆、培中升阳除湿。湿胜者多注意加风药健脾除湿升阳，湿热久稽者从三路分消、因势利导，邪从热化或燥化者当清热和胃降逆。Abstract: Professor LIN Jiakun pointed out that diabetic gastroparesis belongs to the syndrome of deficiency in origin and excess in super ficislity. The weakness of the spleen and stomach, the impairment of vitality, and cold dampness, damp heat, Qi stagnation, phlegm turbidity, and blood stasis are the main elements, leading to disorder of the spleen and stomach movements. In terms of treatment methods, it is advocated to treat both the symptoms and symptoms, and to apply both attack and supplement, so as to promote the healthy circulation of the middle Qi and the recovery of the spleen and stomach. Advocate the treatment by stages, at the beginning of the disease, abdominal distension appears, and is treated with Jianyang Xiaodao method. A self-designed formula, Jianzhong Xiaodao decoction, is used to nourish Qi, stimulate appetite, and eliminate fullness. In the middle stage of the disease, if there is distention and fullness, it should be treated with Jieyang Tiaozhong method, Jieyang Tiaozhong decoction is a self formulated formula for relieving Yang and eliminating distension, tonifying Qi and regulating the middle, removing dampness and reducing fire. At the end of the disease, anabole appears, and is treated with the method of warming Yang and calm the adverse-rising energy. The self-made formula of Wenyang Jiangqi decoction is used to warm Yang, calm Chong and reduce adverse reactions, and nourish the middle and promote Yang and remove dampness. The winner of dampness should pay more attention to adding wind medicine to strengthen the spleen, remove dampness, and elevate Yang. Those who suffer from prolonged dampness and heat should be divided into three ways and guided according to the situation. Those who turn evil from heat or dryness should clear away heat and rcalm the adverse-rising energy.
