摘要: 腹泻型肠易激综合征在中医学属于“腹痛”、“泄泻”、“郁证”等范畴，中医治疗该病疗效显著，可有效减少腹泻次数，减轻患者症状，提高生活质量。李永成教授在治疗该病时见解独到，认为该病病机复杂，主要与肝、脾、肾功能失调有关，又与血瘀、湿邪、阳虚等密切相关，多属于虚实夹杂。治疗上注重整体审查，四诊合参，病证结合，通过大量个体化治疗，总结经验，创立了“调肝健脾法、健脾和胃法、祛湿清热法、益火补土法、平调寒热法、活血祛瘀法”六法。同时注重身心调护，以预防该病的复发。Abstract: Irritable bowel syndrome with predominant diarrhea belongs to "abdominal pain", "diarrhea", "depression syndrome" and other categories in Traditional Chinese Medicine. Chinese Medicine has a remarkable effect on the treatment of this disease, which can effectively reduce the frequency of diarrhea, reduce the symptoms of patients and improve the quality of life. Professor LI in Traditional Chinese Medicine treatment of the disease has its unique opinion, that the disease pathogenesis is complicated, mainly related to liver, spleen, kidney dysfunction, and blood stasis, dampness, Yang deficiency, and so on closely related, mostly belongs to the combination of deficiency and excess. The treatment pays attention to the overall review, the four diagnosis, the combination of disease and syndrome, through a large number of individual treatment, summing up experience, the establishment of "regulating the liver and spleen, invigorating spleen and stomach, dispelling dampness and clearing heat, warming the kidney and spleen method, flat regulation of cold and hot, promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis" six methods. At the same time pay attention to physical and mental care, to prevent the recurrence of the disease.
