Expert consensus on Traditional Chinese Medicine diagnosis and treatment of ascites due to cirrhosis(2023)

摘要: 肝硬化腹水是失代偿期肝硬化患者最常见的并发症之一，中华中医药学会脾胃病分会于2012、2017年发布了《肝硬化腹水中医诊疗规范专家共识意见》。随着肝硬化腹水中医药研究的进展，有必要对该诊疗共识意见进行更新。本共识将中医、西医在肝硬化腹水的诊断、治疗及预防方面的研究结合起来，突出了临床实用性，体现了最新研究进展。Abstract: Ascites of cirrhosis is one of the most common complications in patients with decompensated cirrhosis. Branch of Gastrointestinal Diseases, China Association of Chinese Medicine Published Expert Consensus on Traditional Chinese Medicine Diagnosis and Treatment of Ascites Due to Cirrhosis in 2012 and 2017. With the development of Traditional Chinese Medicine research on cirrhosis ascites, it is necessary to update the expert consensus on diagnosis and treatment. This consensus combines the research of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western medicine in the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of ascites in cirrhosis, highlights the clinical practicability and reflects the latest research progress.
