Effect of dietary factors on functional dyspepsia

  • 功能性消化不良(FD)是一种常见的消化系统疾病,严重影响患者的生活质量。该研究旨在探讨饮食因素对FD的影响。研究发现,饮食在FD的症状诱发和病情进展中发挥一定作用。高脂饮食与FD的发病有关,高脂饮食可能通过影响消化道激素的分泌诱导或加重患者症状。谷蛋白或麸质饮食与FD的症状诱导相关,无谷蛋白饮食能够改善患者的消化不良症状。碳水化合物和FODMAPs饮食也在一定程度上诱发FD症状的发生,而水果和蔬菜的摄入可能对缓解FD症状有帮助。饮食习惯和认知因素也会影响FD的症状发作。目前虽有一些研究支持饮食与FD之间的关系,但仍缺乏高质量的研究来指导FD患者的饮食管理方案。本研究主要综述了饮食因素在FD症状诱发及病情进展中的作用,未来仍需更多的临床研究来验证这些发现,为患者提供更准确的饮食建议。
