Interpretation on the experts consensus for clinical application of Weifuchun in the treatment of precancerous lesions of gastric cancer

摘要: 《胃复春治疗萎缩性胃炎癌前病变临床应用专家共识》由北京中医药大学东方医院牵头，全国共有29家三级甲等医院及高校、科研院所参与制定，该共识明确了胃复春治疗萎缩性胃炎癌前病变的诊断、适应证、治疗作用、用法用量、疗程、不良反应、用药禁忌、注意事项等问题。现为了更好地指导该共识的实施，该文从胃复春概况、共识制定过程、关键内容等方面对其进行解读，以期提高该药的临床应用水平，减少用药风险。Abstract: Experts consensus for clinical application of Weifuchun in the treatment of gastric precancerous lesion was developed by Dongfang Hospital Beijing University of Chinese Medicine, and a total of 29 3A hospitals, universities and research institutes participated in the formulation. This consensus clarified the diagnosis, indications, therapeutic effect, usage and dosage, course of treatment, adverse reactions, contraindications, cautions of Weifuchun. In order to guide the implementation of this consensus, this paper will interpret Weifuchun from the general situation, formulation process and key contents, in order to improve the level of clinical application of this drug and reduce the risk of drug use.
