摘要: 肝硬化是大多数慢性肝病的终末期阶段，病因多样、表现复杂、危害重，尚存在诸多未曾满足的临床需求，如病因祛除、肝纤维化逆转、门静脉高压及其并发症的有效控制等。针对肝硬化疾病的主要环节，中西医相互结合、优势互补，是提高肝硬化诊治水平的重要途径。

Abstract: Liver cirrhosis is the end stage of most chronic liver diseases, which had various etiologies, complicated clinic manifestations and poor prognosis. There were still many unmet needs for the management of cirrhosis, such as eradication of etiologies, regression of liver fibrosis and improvement of portal pressure and related complications. Taking advantages of Traditional Chinese Medicine and western medicine respectively according to the main processes of cirrhosis, and appropriate combination of theses two medicines was one of effective approaches for improving the management of liver cirrhosis.
