摘要: [目的]探讨健脾清肠方联合美沙拉嗪治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效及对患者生活质量改善的影响。[方法]将80例脾虚湿热证的溃疡性结肠炎患者随机分为观察组（健脾清肠方联合美沙拉嗪治疗，40例）和对照组（美沙拉嗪单药治疗，40例），2组患者均进行8周的疗效观察，比较2组临床疗效及生活质量的改善（IBDQ评分和SF-36评分），并评估用药安全性。[结果]观察组患者临床疗效总有效率显著高于对照组（92.5%[BFZ]：75.0%，P=0.034）。治疗后观察组患者在IBDQ评分中的肠道症状、全身症状和情感功能等三个维度和IBDQ总分，SF-36评分中的生理机能、躯体疼痛、精力和精神健康等四个维度和SF-36总分均高于照组患者（P<0.05）。并且观察组患者治疗后的Sutherland DAI评分显著低于对照组患者（2.2±0.8[BFZ]：2.8±0.9，P=0.002）。2组患者治疗过程中的不良反应率差异无统计学意义。[结论]联合应用健脾清肠方能够有效提高美沙拉嗪对溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效，并显著改善患者的生活质量。

Abstract: [Objective] To investigate the clinical efficacy of Jianpi Qingchang decoction combined with mesalazine in the treatment of ulcerative colitis and its effect on the quality of life of patients.[Methods] A total of eighty patients with ulcerative colitis with spleen deficiency and dampness-heat syndrome were randomly divided into observation group(40 cases treated with Jianpi Qingchang decoction and mesalazine) and control group(40 cases treated with mesalamine alone).All patients were followed up for 8 weeks.The clinical efficacy and quality of life(IBDQ score and SF-36 scores) were compared between the two groups, and the safety of medication was also evaluated.[Results] The total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than the control group(92.5% vs. 75.0%, P=0.034).After treatment, three dimensions of the intestinal symptoms, systemic symptoms and emotional function in IBDQ and IBDQ's total score, and four dimensions of physical function, body pain, vitality and mental health in SF-36 and SF-36's total scores in observation group were significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).The Sutherland DAI score in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(2.2±0.8 vs. 2.8±0.9, P=0.002).There was no significant difference in the rate of adverse events between the two groups during treatment.[Conclusion] The combined application of Jianpi Qingchang decoction can effectively improve the clinical efficacy of mesalazine on ulcerative colitis and significantly improve the quality of life of patients.
