摘要

摘要: [目的]系统评价口服中医药治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎伴癌前病变的临床疗效及安全性。[方法]检索CBM、CNKI、万方数据库、VIP、Cochrane图书馆、Pubmed及手工检索,收集口服中药治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎伴癌前病变的临床随机对照试验,并对文献进行筛选及定量合并分析。[结果]7篇文献纳入研究,共539例患者。Meta分析结果显示,口服中药治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎伴癌前病变与西药对比,2者在总有效率、症状改善、病理改善、HP根除率等方面的差异有统计学意义。[结论]现有资料支持口服中医药治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎伴癌前病变的临床疗效优于西医治疗方案,但因纳入文献数量有限且部分质量较低,结论尚不能确定,需高质量证据来进一步验证。

Abstract: [Objective]To assess the effectiveness and safety of traditional Chinese medicine for chronic atrophic gastritis with precancerous condition.[Methods]Literatures on databases of CBM,CNKI,Wangfang,VIP,Cochrane Library and Pubmed were searched with randomized controlled trials to evaluate the efficacy of TCM for treatment of CAG with precancerous condition.and a critical quality assessment and Meta-analysis were also performed.[Results]Seven articles with a total of 539 patients were included.The comparison of efficacy,symptoms,pathology and HP eradication between TCM and Western medicine shown significant difference.[Conclusion]The current data supports that TCM has certain better effects than Western medicines in treating CAG with precancerous condition.However,there is still needed sufficient evidence to show a conclusive benefit of TCM,the further studies with high methodological quality are required.
