中药联合三联疗法与三联疗法对照治疗幽门螺杆菌相关性胃部疾病随机对照试验的Meta分析

摘要: [目的]分析发表于2003-2012年运用中药联合三联疗法与三联疗法对照治疗幽门螺杆菌(HP)感染相关胃部疾病的文献,了解中药联合三联疗法根除HP的疗效情况。[方法]对符合纳入标准的文献资料,采用改良后的Jadad评分量表进行评分,采用Cochrane协作网提供的RevMan5.2软件进行Meta亚组分析。[结果]Jadad评分结果为:评分3分论文3篇,评分2分论文3篇;中药联合三联疗法与三联疗法方案比较,对于HP的根除作用有统计学意义。[结论][HTSS]纳入的随机对照试验的方法学质量较低,中药联合三联疗法能够提高HP的根除率。
