疏肝健脾化痰活血方对体外非酒精性脂肪性肝病模型肝细胞凋亡的影响

  • [目的]研究疏肝健脾、化痰活血方对体外非酒精性脂肪性肝病(NAFLD)模型肝细胞凋亡率及其相关基因的影响。[方法]软脂酸诱导幼鼠原代培养肝细胞复制NAFLD细胞模型,并用疏肝健脾、化痰活血方药含药血清干预,流式细胞仪检测肝细胞凋亡率,Western blot法检测凋亡相关基因bcl-2、bax和caspase-3的表达。[结果]疏肝健脾、化痰活血方能明显降低NAFLD模型体外肝细胞凋亡率,并升高Bcl-2蛋白表达水平,降低Bax和Caspase-3表达。[结论]疏肝健脾、化痰活血方能有效降低体外NAFLD模型肝细胞凋亡率,其机制可能与调节Bcl-2、Bax和Caspase-3蛋白表达有关。
