摘要: [目的]观察疏肝健脾补肾法治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征（D-IBS）的临床疗效。[方法]60例D-IBS患者，随机分为治疗组30例，对照组30例。治疗组服用以疏肝健脾补肾的方药，对照组服用匹维溴铵片，疗程均为4周。观察2组治疗前后症状积分及疗效，并对临床治愈患者随访半年。[结果]治疗组总有效率89.7%，高于对照组的67.9%。其症状的改善亦优于对照组；治疗组复发率为22.2%，低于对照组的57.1%。[结论]疏肝健脾补肾对治疗D-IBS疗效优于匹维溴铵，其疗效肯定，无不良反应，值得临床推广。

Abstract: [Objective] To observe clinical effect of dispersing the depressed liver qi, invigorating the spleen and warming the renal to treat diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome (IBS). [Methods] Sixty cases of diarrhea-predoninaut IBS patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group (each n=30). The treatment group was given traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) of dispersing the depressed liver qi, invigorating the spleen and warming the renal. Control group was given Pinaverium Bromide Tablets, four week a course.[Results] The total effective rate was 89.7% in the treatment group and 67.9% in the control group. The improvement of symptoms was better than that of control group. The recurrence rate was 22.2% in the treatment group and 57.1% in the control group.[Conclusion] The efficacy of dispersing the depressed liver qi, invigorating the spleen and warming the renal to treat diarrhea-predominant IBS was obvious and non-adverse, which was worth of clinical promotion.
